John Herrmann is a masters candidate in the Environmental Studies Teacher Certification Program at Antioch New England Graduate School, and a full-time organic farmer living in Strafford, New Hampshire. He spends his days digging ditches, weeding carrots, and playing with his black lab, “Midnight.”
