Jean Linville received her Ph.D. from the Union Institute & University, where her program of study incorporated her artistic response to trees through poetry, sculpture, and photography. Her photography has appeared in Petroglyph: A Journal of Creative Nature and Science Writing. She lives in Briarcliff Manor, New York.
