Work study assistant to help review and track articles through the editorial review process. The assistant will be asked to read and critique articles, assist in finding reviewers from an extensive but user-friendly database, and help summarize reviews so they can be developed into "action letters" to authors. Occasional literature searches will be required. Will guide the assistant as he/she learns about the editorial process. May include occasionally assisting with other chairperson or faculty duties.
Must have strong critical thinking and writing skills, good organizational and time management skills, and interest in research and practice, and a knowledge of a wide range of research designs and issues.

Student must have FSWP/WGSA award.
