Assist in the planning and execution of CTEC’s annual event, which may be a symposium or community event. The Education coordinator also works on activities related to CTEC’s mission statement which advance education about tropical systems and linking them to New England, including organizing workshops for the ES Department and broader community, updating material on the Center’s webpages, and creating brochures or other documents that educate the community about CTEC and tropical ecology and conservation. The Education coordinate will also work with CTEC staff to produce the bi-annual newsletter.
