An integrated management plan for the Wachusett Lake watershed :prepared for the city of Fitchburg, MA

Five of Fitchburg’s ten water supply reservoirs are located outside the city limits constituting 84% of the total supply. This paper provides strategies to protect the drinking water quality of Wachusett Lake through social, physical, and legislative methods. In so doing, it provides a model to protect the other four reservoirs that are also located outside Fitchburg.
