Description:

Competency Area: Curriculum & Instruction

Waldorf curriculum in grades 1 – 4 is based on a highly articulated view of the course of human development both in the individual and over the history of mankind. This course will examine the curriculum in each of the first four grades. Students will have the opportunity to create age-appropriate lessons for a variety of grade levels. The aim will be to clarify the nature of the child of each grade level, and understand how the curriculum fits the child’s development.
