Environmental Studies PhD Course Selection Spring 2012

Doctoral program classes will begin Friday, February 3 and run through Sunday, April 29, 12p.m.

Fridays: *ES Colloquium at 11am; classes run 1-7pm unless otherwise noted.
Saturdays: Classes run 8am- 12pm and 2- 8pm
Sundays: Classes run 8am - 12pm

Please note on-campus class dates below.
Students should check class folders in Sakai for pre-class reading assignments.

*The ES Department Colloquium is an all department event that begins at 11am with a coffee/tea time, followed by an invited speaker. All students and faculty are strongly encouraged to attend.


First Phase - Ph.D. I

Ph.D. I students are required to register for:

Ph.D. III students who have successfully completed the Fall semester of phase III are required to register for:

Fourth Phase Ph.D. IV

Students who have not completed all three candidacy projects must register for: Ph.D. IV students (who have completed all candidacy projects) should register for:

Beyond Fourth Phase - Ph.D. IV+

Ph.D. IV+ students who have completed three semesters of ES 776, Dissertation Seminars and registered for two semesters (8 credits) of ES 899, Doctoral Dissertation, and have not yet deposited their dissertation, should register for: Students must register each semester until the Dissertation has been approved and deposited.
