Environmental Studies PhD Course Selection Instructions Fall 2011The Fall 2011 class sessions begin Friday, September 9 and end Sunday, December 4. Each doctoral weekend runs Friday - Sunday, beginning with the *Environmental Studies Colloquium at 11:00 and concluding at 12:00 noon on Sunday. Students are encouraged to schedule meetings in advance with their advisors or other faculty members as needed during open times on these weekends. Students should check course sites on Sakai for pre-class reading and other assignments. NOTE: All student and faculty communications MUST take place using Antioch email. On campus dates listed below. *The ES Department Colloquium is hosted by the ES Department (MS and PhD programs) and begins at 11:00 am with a coffee time, followed by an invited speaker. All students and faculty are strongly encouraged to attend. PhD III students who have completed ES 761 but are still working on their Service Project, Integrated Essay, or Dissertation Proposal must register for:Classes meet on one or more of the days/dates shown below. Please see course descriptions for detailed meeting schedule. Fourth Phase - PhD IVPhD IV students have completed the Service Project, Integrated Essay and Dissertation Proposal. Beyond Fourth Phase - PhD IV+PhD IV+ students who have completed three semesters of ES 776 Dissertation Seminar and registered for two semesters (8 credits) of ES 899 Doctoral Dissertation and have not yet submitted their dissertation to the Graduate School, should register for ES 899C Doctoral Dissertation Continuation each semester until their dissertation is approved and submitted.Courses without Scheduled Meetings: | ||||
