As a member of Academic Affairs, the Registrar’s Office’s primary mission is to support the education of Antioch University students and to protect the integrity of the Antioch University degree.

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all student academic records, for both graduate and undergraduate students, including, but not limited to, registration, transcripts, enrollment statistics and verifications, major/minor changes, veteran status, and support, degree evaluations, transfer course equivalencies and clearing students for graduation and awarding degrees.

How do I obtain official proof of enrollment?

Antioch University is pleased to provide students with free enrollment verification documentation services via Student Self-Service℠ from the National Student Clearinghouse.

Student Self-Service℠ is an online service that enables students to obtain their enrollment information, including enrollment verification certificates, at no charge. Students at participating Student Self-Service schools can enjoy the convenience of performing important tasks on demand 24/7 without having to visit or call the Office of Student Services or Financial Aid Office. All you need is your 7-digit student ID number to access your enrollment information.

Do I have to use my antioch.edu email account?

Students, staff, and faculty must use their antioch.edu gmail account for all Antioch University official communication, in accordance with the Antioch University Email Use Policy. It is important that students, staff, and faculty check their antioch.edu gmail account regularly to ensure that important messages are viewed and/or responded to in a timely manner.

What are my rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)?

What is considered directory information at Antioch University?

At Antioch University, the following information is considered, but is not limited to, “directory” information: the student’s name; address; telephone listing; electronic mail address; photographs; date and place of birth; major field of study; grade level; enrollment status; dates of attendance; participation in officially recognized activities; degrees, honors and awards received; and the most recent educational agency or institution attended.

How do I restrict directory information from being released?

You may request to have your directory information blocked from release by completing the Request to Prevent Disclosure of Directory Information form.

Where can I find out if there are any holds on my account?

You may view any active holds on your account by visiting the My Holds section of the Students Menu in AUView or contacting your Student Services Office.

Where can I find information about University and campus policies?

You can find information on University policies in the Antioch University Catalog (LINK TEXT TO CATALOG), or by searching the Antioch University Repository and Archive (AURA).

How will I know where my classes are located?

Classroom assignments are available to students via the My Class Schedule link on the Students Menu in AUView once registration is complete.

How do I get my final course evaluations?

Once submitted, narrative evaluations are available to students on the Students Menu in AUView.

How do I withdraw from the University?

You may withdraw from the University by submitting a formal request to your Advisor and the Student Services Office. The official request must be sent via your antioch.edu email account or be provided in writing (with a signature present). Your withdrawal will be effective as of the date the formal request is received.
