I’ve recently had a roommate move out and I’m looking to offer the other half of my unit as a housing option for traveling students from Antioch.  It offers its own bedroom, living room and shared kitchen and bathroom.
I’m willing to work out a payment schedule for a permanent tenant, or students who come up a few times a week for their classes.
