Available April 1st or possibly earlier for pro-rated rent. Sublet bedroom available for 1 person in a 2 bedroom ground floor apt. Share with a couple, both of us work on farms and prefer someone with a similar schedule (up early and goes to bed relatively early weekdays). Lease ends Sept 1st, but there is an option to continue month to month if we decide to. $150 prorated deposit in addition to first months rent. Internet, electricity, and heating oil (hot water) not included in rent. No cable tv. Washer/dryer and parking space.
We like sharing food and cooking/ cleaning responsibilities. We compost, recycle, can, freeze, preserve as much as we can, so someone who shares these ideals would be great! We have a huge backyard and small garden. There will be an obscene abundance of fresh veggies available all summer long.
Non smoker and no pets please.
