Carlos first heard of Antioch New England’s management program from co-workers who raved about the program. He credits the remarkable bond with his cohort group and dedicated faculty with making his whole experience a memorable one.

“It wasn’t easy working and going to school full-time, but it was a worthy challenge. We were all there because we wanted to do something better in life, whether it was changing careers or improving in a current job.”

They relied on us to bring our work issues to class—conflicts, the aftermath of downsizing, current corporate developments, anything at all that we needed help with. With their resources and experiences, as well as our own, we worked through many difficult issues. We started by improving ourselves and the rest followed.”

As the administrative director of Radiology, Carlos is responsible for the entire operation of Radiology and Medical Imaging Services. He has 205 full-time staff, a budget of $23.9 million, and a total budgeted gross revenue of $150.5 million.
