Our Mission
We educate leaders and managers who want to create organizations that are successful, effective, sustainable, humane, and socially and environmentally responsible. Through active engagement within a collaborative learning community, students clarify their purposes, values, and goals as leaders and managers. They gain the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, experience, and self awareness to achieve meaningful results and develop their careers.
