This comprehensive program highlights self knowledge, career development, systems thinking, leadership, and organizational management.

The MS in Organizational Leadership and Management is designed for professionals from all levels of for-profit and nonprofit organizations, higher education, healthcare, small businesses and entrepreneurs who aspire to become better managers and leaders.

Get your degree in 20-months, attending one weekend a month.

The monthly intensive weekend schedule (Friday through Sunday) appeals to students who want to pursue an advanced education, yet choose to remain in the mainstream of the workforce.

Be part of a team.

Our students bring a wide variety of backgrounds- from banking to education- to the classroom and learn from one another's experiences and viewpoints. Students develop skills to work effectively with others and to collaborate within complex organizational systems.

Become more effective immediately.

Our students find classroom learning directly applicable to the challenges they face in the workplace. Attend classes over the weekend and be more effective on Monday!

Get practical experience for your résumé.

Our management programs emphasize practical experience and focus on an individual's career development. You design a practicum project in which you practice using the theories you've studied and the skills you've developed. You can fine tune your abilities, increase your effectiveness in the workplace, or chart a new career path.
