Writing Support Services

The Management department recognizes that students sometimes require additional support with writing and editing papers during their graduate school experience. As a way to help students be successful with their writing, Management suggests contacting the following writing support services, as they are connected to AUNE and undersand writing for a graduate school program.

Tory Rosen

Writing Services
Tory Rosen is an award-winning poet and teacher who received her MFA in Writing from Sarah Lawrence College in 2009. In 2008 she was awarded the Stony Brook Southampton Summer Writer's Poetry Scholarship, and in 2010 she was chosen by Claudia Rankine, Susan Howe and Nick Flynn as a semi-finalist for the Discovery / Boston Review Poetry Prize.

Tory works with students to address challenges and queries at every stage of the writing process, including: dispelling writer's block, developing paper outlines and strong topic sentences, editing, and creating the finishing touches for high quality final writing products.

A current student in the MBA in Sustainability program, Tory understands the nuances of combining vital technical information with effective and compelling language. She is a consultant who encourages her clients to discover the strength and clarity of their own unique writing voices.

Tory conducts remote editing sessions (via telephone and email, using Track Changes), and individualized writing support services (via telephone and e-mail) designed to help each client perfect their writing skills.

If in-person meetings are preferred, contact Tory to discuss possible arrangements.

Cost for AUNE Students

Antioch New England Writing Center

The mission of the AUNE Writing Center is to help students become better writers by providing support and peer feedback on academic writing. At the AUNE Writing Center we believe that all writers—experienced, intermediate, and novice—can benefit from peer feedback, that, in fact, a "critical friend" in the writing process can be a writer's best ally.

Antioch University Virtual Writing Center

The Virtual Writing Center (VWC) offers all members of the Antioch University community the opportunity to develop their abilities to learn, communicate, and educate through writing.
