Ed Tomey’s article is based on his book manuscript, currently in progress, which is entitled First Take Charge of Yourself: An Approach to Effective Leadership. Bill Griffith’s article was published in the International Journal of Knowledge and Culture. Donna Mellen presents her view of current themes in the world of Organization Development based on a conference she attended in the fall of 2005. I hope that you enjoy these articles as well as catching up on recent news in the department.
