Cheryl Wilfong's The Meditative Gardener Connects Readers to the Natural World

Cheryl Wilfong's The Meditative Gardener Connects Readers to the Natural World

The Meditative Gardener, a new book by Antioch University New England Board of Trustees member Cheryl Wilfong, will be available from Heart Path Press on February 1. Wilfong is a master gardener and a mindfulness meditation teacher. Her book combines a thoughtful selection of the Buddha's teachings, 254 beautiful color photographs, and ways readers can practice mindfulness as they meditate and relax in their gardens.

The Meditative Gardener provides suggestions and support for all levels of meditators. Beginners and lapsed meditators will find easy-to-follow instructions or ways to refresh their practices. Seasoned meditators will find wisdom and practices that can be transplanted into their daily lives in the garden.

The book can be purchased from Heart Path Press in Putney, Vermont at 1-800-345-6665 or online at: www.meditativegardener.com/ About Cheryl Wilfong In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees for Antioch University New England, Cheryl teaches at the Vermont Insight Meditation Center, in Brattleboro, Vermont.
