Antioch University New England President Names New Executive Assistant
Julie Dickson to assist President Caruso and the campus Board of Trustees
(Keene, New Hampshire) August 27, 2009 - Antioch University New England is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Dickson as executive assistant to the president.
As executive assistant Julie will help ensure the effective operation of the president's office, the president's cabinet, and Antioch University New England's new campus Board of Trustees.
"Julie brings a wealth of relevant experience to this position, which plays a critical role for both my office and as assistant to the campus Board of Trustees," said President David Caruso.
Julie comes to AUNE from the Historical Society of Cheshire County where she served as director of operations. Prior to that, she served as the executive assistant to the president at Keene State College for over ten years. Her responsibilities included communication, project management, policy development and implementation, and legislative affairs. In addition, Julie has worked in higher education institutional advancement as a grants administrator and as a development assistant.
Julie holds a BA in sociology from The College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio and an MA in sociology from Temple University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
