Applied Behavior Analysis Program Now Available at Antioch University New England
Behavior Analyst and Assistant Behavior Analyst tracks offered
Professionals interested in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders can now study Applied Behavior Analysis at Antioch University New England.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the primary, evidence-based, treatment for autism. Antioch University New England's new ABA certificate program is open to people with bachelor's and master's degrees. The post-bachelor's track is designed to meet the educational requirements needed to become an assistant behavior analyst. The post-master's track is designed to meet the educational requirements needed to become a behavior analyst.
The program can be completed in fourteen months and is designed for working professionals. Classes meet during summer intensives and continue through the fall and spring semesters meeting one weekend a month. A work-based independent field study or an internship is also required.
