MacArthur Foundation to improve capacity for biodiversity conservation and climate change adaptation in the Albertine Rift region through the Regional Network for Conservation Educators in the Albertine Rift (RNCEAR). This Network includes Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania.
