Experience working with schools to improve the mental and behavioral health of individuals and groups and enhance the learning and teaching environment. Consults with teachers, administrators, staff, parents, and students and conducts training sessions with students and/or staff on issues of mental and behavioral health.

Qualifications

Dr. Kathi Borden is chair of Antioch University New England's Department of Clinical Psychology and has twenty-five years of teaching experience in university psychology programs. Prior to joining Antioch New England's faculty, Dr. Borden was professor of psychology and director of the PsyD program at Pepperdine University. She is a past president of the National Council of Schools and Programs of Professional Psychology and serves on the editorial boards of Professional Psychology: Research and Practice and Training and Education in Professional Psychology. She is also a site visit chair and program consultant for the American Psychological Association, and consults with programs across the country on program development and accreditation issues.
