Experience in engaging human service agency personnel in (1) articulating their program model (theory of how it works); (2) designing a strategy for evaluating how one would know the program works; (3) using the results to help the agency make important decisions and advocate effectively for their programs.

Qualifications

Dr. George Tremblay is a clinical psychologist with a strong background in research design and statistics and more than a decade of experience in evaluating interventions. He helped to establish a program evaluation firm (Program Evaluation and Educational Research (PEER) Associates) in 2003 and has been an evaluator for several large-scale, federally funded programs in New Hampshire.
