Qualifications

Robert Rue earned his certification in Organization Development from the National Training Labs for Applied Behavioral Science. He holds an MS in Management and has twenty-six years of consulting experience with clients from the commercial, non-profit, governmental, and educational sectors primarily in the U.S. and Canada.

Robbie P Hertneky (PhD)

Description

Study of leadership at the doctoral level with particular interest in how leaders perceive themselves as leaders and a focus on women leaders.

Qualifications

Dr. Robbie Hertneky teaches in the MBA in Organizational and Environmental Sustainability program. She earned a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and wrote her dissertation on "The Leadership Self-Identity of Women College Presidents."
