Qualifications
Dr. Robbie Hertneky earned a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University New England and teaches leadership in the in Leadership and Management master's program and in the Environmental and Organizational Sustainability MBA program. She wrote her dissertation on "The Leadership Self-Identity of Women College Presidents."
