Dr. Carlotta J. Willis earned an EdD in Counseling from the University of Massachusetts. She is a licensed psychologist and has operated a private practice in career counseling in Amherst, Massachusetts, for ten years. At Antioch University New England, Dr. Willis has been an alumni career consultant for nine years and currently holds the program director position for the CACREP accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.
