RefWorksLogin to RefWorks [off-campus group code is anerefworks] What is RefWorks?RefWorks is a bibliographic management program available free of charge to current Antioch New England students, staff, and faculty as well as current students, staff, and faculty of the Leadership & Change doctoral program. With RefWorks you can create accurate references and bibliographies with the click of a button! How do I get into RefWorks?
How does it work?RefWorks allows you to import citations saved from online research databases, such as PsycINFO, into your own personal RefWorks account. These citations can be edited, organized in separate “folders” for different research projects, and then used as references when you are writing a paper or creating a bibliography. RefWorks will properly format in-text citations and create a bibliography (Works Cited page, List of References, etc.) according to the particular style you specify (such as APA style, MLA, etc.). Write-N-CiteWrite-N-Cite is the utility downloaded from RefWorks and used in conjunction with your word processor to cite references in a manuscript and create the bibliography. The utility installs a Write-N-Cite icon on your desktop as well as an Add-in to your Word toolbar and a menu option under Tools for launching Write-N-Cite. More information on Write-N-Cite. What about EndNote?EndNote is another bibliographic management tool. It offers the same kind of functionality as RefWorks. Like RefWorks, EndNote enables the creation of citations in different styles, the management of those citations into different folders or “libraries,” and the ability to create a list of works cited as you write your paper in a word processing program. Below is a side-by-side comparison of the unique features of the two products:
