ANE Library Online Databases and full-text journal collections

Log in to these resources is by username (lastname[space] firstname) and password (the letters anne followed immediately by your Antioch ID number, the same number used to log in to FirstClass and found on your ID card.) For example:

username: ward catherine
password: anne6543217

At the screen which says “select your institution” the default should say Antioch College. Click “submit.”

At the log in screen:

Lastname[space] firstname — You must put a space between your last name and your first name
"Barcode" is the letters anne followed immediately by your Antioch ID number. — Do not put a space between anne and your number. Your Antioch ID number is the number used to log in to your FirstClass account.

RefWorks

RefWorks is the citation management software offered free of charge to all Antioch students, staff, and faculty.

Access to RefWorks on campus is through your own personal account information.
Access to RefWorks off campus requires our Group Code, which is anerefworks, in addition to your personal account information.

NetLibrary

NetLibrary is a database of electronic books. Access to NetLibrary is by username (last name[space]first name) and password (the letters anne followed immediately by your Antioch ID number, found on your ID card). For example:

username: potter harry
password: anne0999000

Once in NetLibrary, you must create a personal account to “check out” books. Log in to NetLibrary and follow the instructions under “Create an Account.” Once you have this personal account you will use this to check out books in NetLibrary.

Viewing your Library Record

You can view your library account to see what books you have checked out, renew books, etc. In Horace, the online catalog, click on the 'My Record' tab. You will be prompted to enter your patron barcode. This barcode, used only for access to your own personal library account, is either affixed to the back of your student ID card OR on a separate, yellow library card.

FirstClass

FirstClass is the communication system used by Antioch. You log in to FirstClass with your user ID number (Antioch ID number, found on your student ID card) and the password you create.
