Audiovisual Services
General Policies Regarding Use of AV Equipment
- Faculty, staff, and students may reserve equipment in advance. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, please make time to schedule a training session before it is needed for use.
- Use of audiovisual equipment is limited to current faculty, staff, and students.
- All equipment must be returned to library at the end of the scheduled time. Equipment must not be left overnight in the classrooms. If the equipment cannot be returned to the library before the library closes, arrangements must be made to safeguard the equipment until it can be returned to the library.
- Equipment may not be taken out of the building without special permission.
Reserving AV Equipment
There are three ways to reserve any AV equipment:
- Email Library Circulation.
- Call the Circulation Desk at 603.283.2400 with your request.
- Visit the Library Circulation Desk in person.

Electronic Classroom
The Library has an electronic classroom available for use by students, staff, and faculty. Reservations for the electronic classroom are limited to those using bibliographic or other instructional media. Reservations for this room must be made by contacting the library service desk (in person, by phone, or email Library Circulation). Others are welcome to use the room when it is not scheduled for media use.
