Waterfront Director

Plan, teach, and supervise swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and sailing on 185-acre pond. Supervise staff, maintain a high level of safety, and meet NH regulations and ACA standards. Schedule and approve all waterfront activities. May be asked to sub as cabin counselor on rare occasion.
Qualifications

Current Lifeguard Training, Water Safety Instructor. Small Craft Safety, Basic Water Rescue, sailing/paddling certifications, or experience teaching swimming/boating skills desired. Experience working at a summer camp, supervising staff, and managing a waterfront or pool desired. Age 21+. Complete application, reference checks, and satisfactory background checks required.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary, room and board included. 24-hour period off each week, additional free/planning time each day and between sessions.
