Experience in outdoor education or summer-camp leadership
Personal and professional wilderness travel experience
Teaching experience and enthusiasm for working with children and families
Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
Strong technology and office systems skills
Take a leadership role in recruiting, registering and welcoming the more than 250 families who come to Kroka with their children each summer. Communicate with parents and students, before, during, and after their experience at Kroka. Provide administrative and logistical support for all summer programs and teaching staff, including human resource management and community development for the summer staff community (30 people). Post-season evaluation, program design, scheduling, and planning.
Dates of Employment: Year-round, full-time, starting in May 2014
