Full-time position available for the Maternity Support Services Program in Vancouver, WA, serving Clark County. This position requires flexibility, initiative, and ability to manage time, resources, and client caseload. Also responsible for linking clients with services in the community that meet the client's identified needs and case management duties as appropriate. The individual in this position works closely with pregnant women to identify specific risk factors and create care plans and provide services to minimize the impacts associated with identified risk factors.Must have ability to recognize and support health behavior change. This position involves assisting clients with accessing resources such as housing, food, clothing, childcare, transportation, education, employment, medical providers, social services, interpreter services and other related health issues. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor degree in Psychology, Social Work, Educational Psychology, or related field with 2 years experience in direct counseling services. Masters degree in Social Work and/or Washington State Certified Counselor licensure preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required. Must have access to an insured vehicle, and be able to make home visits.
