The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of social media marketing programs for our premium stationery brand Tiny Prints. S/he is the brand voice as expressed through all channels of interactive marketing and social media. Programs will build awareness, traffic and engagement, market our products, and acquire new customers.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Manage social media for our Tiny Prints brand, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram.
Develop engaging content for each social channel and own the editorial calendar for these channels. At the same time, help drive standards and best practices across the company.
Contribute to the development of social media strategy and execute the strategy.
Implement programs for engaging, nurturing, and growing our fans and followers on social media channels.
Capture and report relevant performance metrics for the campaigns across social media.
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams, such as SEO and PR, to leverage organic/paid media activities and amplify the brand when appropriate
Conceptualize, design, create and manage content and social media campaigns and generate buzz through viral marketing initiatives.
Minimum 5+ years of consumer marketing with at least 2 years of social media marketing experience
Experienced in managing social media campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and other social media channels
Must be able to develop content with the voice of the brand
Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the creative, product, business, PR and management teams
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Facebook and Twitter ad platforms a plus
