Ropes Course Director


Plan, facilitate, and supervise Challenge Education program on high/low ropes course. Maintain high level of physical & emotional safety and meet all ACA & ACCT industry standards. Play a leadership role in planning & providing other camp programs. May be asked to substitute as counselor on occasion.
Qualifications

Must have 40+ hours of documented ropes course facilitation (or similar experience) and some course management training or experience, and valid driver’s license. Experience working with children, working at a summer camp, supervising staff, managing a high & low ropes challenge course. Age 21+. First Aid and CPR certifications current through the camp season, complete application, reference checks, and satisfactory background checks required.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary, room and board included. 24-hour period off each week, additional free/planning time each day and between sessions.
