The Boston Institute for Psychotherapy is seeking a full time Program Manager for its dynamic School Based Counseling Program, which provides school based counseling services to children in over 20 schools in Boston and East Boston. The position is based in the Institute's Brookline office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, works well independently and as a team, has impeccable people skills, and excellent problem solving capabilities. The Program Manager works closely with the School Based Program's Director and Associate Director and is the liason between the School Based Program Clinicians and the Administrative Team. The position is a blend of computer oriented work (data entry, managing data bases, generating reports, entering billing) and working directly with personnel (orienting new hires, supporting clinicians with logistical matters). This entry level position is ideal for a new grad seeking to gain experience in the field of psychology and/or non-profit administration. Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Access a plus. Bachelor's degree required. Start date late May/early June.
