Dynamic human services organization serving Greater Boston seeks a Program Manager to move our work forward. We are engaged in ending homelessness for our program participants. With housing as a foundation and utilizing a variety of supports and opportunities for both families and individuals to stabilize themselves, we work closely with people to identify pathways toward success using Motivation Interviewing and goal-setting strategies. This position would provide clinical and administrative supervision of 3 masters prepared staff and assist with training other agency staff in economic mobility principles, in close collaboration with partner agencies. Education Master's Degree required. LICSW strongly preferred.
