Program Director, Clinical Psychopharmacology
The California School of Professional Psychology established the nation’s first Postdoctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology, and we have maintained that leadership position ever since. Over 500 psychologists in 40 states have graduated from or are currently enrolled in our program, which integrates medication and its management in the biopsychosocial treatment of mental disorders.
We are currently searching for a Director for our Postdoctoral Master of Science Program in Clinical Psychopharmacology beginning July 2014.
Responsibilities include ongoing program development, administration, and evaluation (e.g., budget, recruitment of students and faculty, and liaison with APA and state psychological associations), as well as working with other University departments, especially Distance Delivery. An academic appointment and teaching in the Psychopharmacology Program and/or in predoctoral PhD and PsyD Programs are possible with approval.
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited university. Training in psychopharmacology preferred.
Applicants are required to have a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program and at least 5 years academic administrative experience.
Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed within the State of California
