Seeking Passionate Education Leaders!

TNTP seeks a full-time Partner for the Strategy, Systems and Policy department. This position is based in Las Vegas, NV and is available on October 1, 2013.

Who We Are

TNTP is a national non-profit that has reimagined teaching. We believe great teaching is transformative and that teachers, more than any other factor in education, have the greatest impact on whether or not a student will succeed in school. We were founded by teachers and they are at the center of everything we do. Our mission is to end educational inequality by providing excellent teachers to students who need them most and by advancing policies and practices that ensure effective teaching happens in every classroom.

The Strategy, Systems, and Policy department helps districts and states nationwide answer a critical

question: is everything we’re doing supporting great teaching? Sitting at the intersection of policy and

practice, the team designs better ways of evaluating teachers, supporting managers, and crafting

smart policies. Our partnership with the Clark County School District, “Great Teachers, Great Leaders,” focuses on increasing the effectiveness of CCSD’s workforce by helping the district recruit the most talented teachers, hire and train great school leaders, and retain their highest performing educators.
