Organizational Development Analyst

This position is a key support resource to the Director of Talent Management. The Organization Development Analyst will support initiatives at the direction of the Director of Talent Management in designing, reviewing and implementing the Company's Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management Systems and Relocation Management Programs. Other key responsibilities include but not limited to intricate and intense detailed development and complex design of PowerPoint presentations appropriate for Board of Directors and Senior Executives level, perform appropriate data collection methods, analyze data and present information into meaningful presentations, perform substantial research through the internet and other job related publications, develop content and conduct training workshops within area of responsibilities and may perform othe r projects or work assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively support the Director of Talent Management in Human Resources initiatives that include but not limited to successfully design, review, and implement the Company's Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management Systems and Relocation Management programs
• Maintain expertise in MS PowerPoint for intricate and intense detailed development and complex design appropriate for Board of Directors and Senior Executives level presentations
• Use advanced MS Word, Excel and Minitab (light statistical / data analysis) software skills to collect, analyze and interpret data into information presentation in appropriate chart and /or graph forms, including making alternative recommendation for information viewing
• Develop, recommend, track and maintain data for measuring and interpreting Key Performance Indicators
• Perform substantial research through the internet and gathering information from other job related journals/periodicals
• Maintain a comprehensive body of knowledge and become expertly versed in the Company's Relocation Policy to guide managers and employees through the relocation process and procedures
• Develop content and audience appropriate training resources in area of responsibilities
• Conduct performance management workshops and other related presentations to internal clients by effectively teach, coach and explain information clearly and concisely
• Confident and courteous professional to respond to customers' inquiries, ask appropriate questions, propose improvement options and solutions to business practices, processes and procedures
• Build strong, maintain positive image and appropriate professional relationships to act as go to resource
• Support Company's practices, policies and procedures
