REPORTS TO: Executive Director of the Oakland PSC
LOCATION: Oakland, CA
HOURS: 20 hours/week
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Exempt, Part-Time
SALARY: $35,000.00, plus benefits
EDUCATION/LICENSE: Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in psychology.
License as a psychologist in California required.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in a community mental health setting or University-based training center preferred. Experience with APA-accreditation processes preferred.

The Oakland Psychological Services Center (PSC) Internship Training Director under the general director of the Executive Director of the Oakland PSC is responsible for providing leadership to the PSC Internship located in Oakland, California. This position is a .5 FTE position.
The Internship Training Director oversees all aspects of the clinical psychology internship, working closely with interns and internship supervisors to ensure that clinical training is consistent with the stated goals, objectives, and competencies. The successful candidate will be dedicated to continuous quality improvement (CQI) and providing broad and general training that prepares psychological interns for careers in an array of health care environments. S/he will have experience using outcomes data to inform CQI and will exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical principles of the American Psychological Association. S/he will be committed to the tenets of Alliant University’s Mission and Vision.
