Masters Level Clinician

Exciting opportunity to join an innovative Community Treatment Program that provides comprehensive services to adults with mental illnesses. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will lead assessment, service planning and implementation of the recovery plan for assigned individuals. As a primary clinician you will ensure care coordination through development of a collaborative relationship with the person served, and connections with family, other providers and community supports that are important to the person. Services are designed to be flexible and to promote resiliency and recovery for all participants. Interactions will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth. Excellent training and regular supervision provided, including supervision for licensure. Riverside offers regular free CEU eligible training. Competitive salary and benefits.


Advanced degree in clinical discipline; licensed preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required. Must be able to provide 24-hour on-call coverage in a rotation with other staff.
