Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for an enthusiastic individual to join our year round team as a Human Resources Specialist. Responsibilities include recruitment, maintenance of human resources information system (HRIS), planning and orchestration of staff activities, administration of staff recognition programs, employee communications, and other human resources tasks as needed. This position involves working in a fast paced environment with a high level of administrative functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work with staff at all levels, and adapt to a variable schedule a must. The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or higher with four years previous human resources, administrative or comparable experience. A valid driver’s license is required. Previous recruitment experience a plus with the ability to analyze ROI regarding recruitment initiatives. PHR certification preferred.
