Family Therapist - Post Permanency Family Center

The Family Therapist is responsible for providing primarily family therapy and some individual and group counseling to a wide range of clients, including crisis management counseling. Responsibilities include providing trainings to parents and professionals in the area of permanency, attachment, trauma, and other family issues as well as supporting marketing efforts for PPFC.
The Family Therapist must have the ability to think and work independently, prioritize and problem solve. A Master’s degree with clinical emphasis is required in addition to experience with child welfare, trauma, and attachment. Applicants must be licensed in the District of Columbia.
