EsperanzaCT Coordinator-Counselor/Advocate

Experience working with individuals impacted by domestic violence including: counseling adults and children, developing/maintaining community partnerships, engaging with collateral providers, organizations. Master’s Degree in social work required, and a LCSW is highly desirable. Must be fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written. Applicants must have demonstrated leadership and organizational administrative experience additionally in facilitation of group and a commitment to client centered and systems advocacy. Flexible hours required. This is based out of our Stamford location.

A valid driver’s license with operable vehicle andproficient in Microsoft Office are required.

Compensation: $47,000-$52,000 annually, including excellent benefits.
