Director of Victory Health Programs

The Director of Victory Health is accountable for the overall coordination of all administrative, clinical, financial and operational services and systems within the agency health treatment and prevention programs and services.

•Ensure programs operate and deliver services in compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements, agency policies, clinical components, and with sound fiscal and operational management
•Participate in the budget and contract amendment preparation
•Prepare and submit any reports or grants that may be required from the Director of Programs, federal, state, city, or private agencies
•Oversee implementation of the agency strategic plan as it relates to assigned programs and initiatives
•Manage Program Directors and participate in staff hiring, termination or promotion transitions
•Review and have knowledge of all contracts, legal documents, and any other documents that ensures the sound management of daily program operations
•Participate in any grant preparation necessary for city, state, or federal contracts
•Participate in all levels of development and design of new programs
•Oversee the implementation and provide feedback regarding the evaluation of agency quality improvement plans for each assigned program or service
•Develop and maintain professional affiliations with organizations or individuals to support a comprehensive continuum of care for program participants
•Provide any internal controls or internal review of staff, records, training or client policies to ensure total quality management
•Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of an ongoing staff training plan
•Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Specialist on computerized data collection and the implementation of Electronic Health Records

Requirements for this position are:

MA/MS in health, business, or education related field; LICSW, LMHC or LADAC strongly preferred
Minimum of five years of management and supervisory experience working for nonprofit, governmental or private agencies
Experience managing clinical programs, treatment and or prevention services
Knowledge of federal, state, city contract requirements
Valid Massachusetts drivers license with a safe driving point of 98, 99, 00, 01, 02 or 03
Strong organizational skills and financial acumen
Strong history of experience with hiring and supervising staff
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
