Northfield Mount Hermon Upward Bound Program
Make a difference in the lives of college bound youth in Western Massachusetts. Assist with college preparation, tutoring, mentoring, transportation, college visits, financial aid applications, service projects and other capacity building tasks. Be part
of a small, dynamic team of advisors. Inspire and support deserving young people in Springfield, Holyoke, Greenfield and Turner’s Falls. Serve an average of 37 hours per week.
You must be a Massachusetts resident, 21 years or older, have a college
degree, driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
Experience with low-income, first generation youth preferred. Strengths in several academic areas (high school level) required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply.
