The Resident Coordinator (RC or Clinician) facilitates the Mission of Spring Lake Ranch (SLR) directly through daily interaction with clients. The RC provides clinical oversight, assessment, treatment planning, insurance review, and progress documentation in support of the recovery process for eight clients in the SLR Cuttingsville, VT location.
The Resident Coordinator collaborates with a wide variety of staff to support and empower each client. Each RC models and mentors therapeutic relationship skills, professionalism, ethical boundaries, and recovery skills to the staff team. Other responsibilities include: committee participation, training/orientation assistance, on-call availability, coordinating team for client advising, crisis intervention, and medication administration. Ideal candidates must have a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other closely related field, as well as clinical licensure. Ability to empathetically and professionally collaborate with staff team in therapeutic community setting is essential. Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse recovery support is required.
