The Case Manager Supervisor (CMS or Clinical Supervisor) facilitates the Mission of Spring Lake Ranch (SLR) directly through daily interaction with clients. The CMS provides clinical oversight, assessment, treatment planning, insurance review, and progress documentation in support of the recovery process for 50+ clients in the SLR Rutland location.
The Case Manager Supervisor supervises and mentors ten case managers and instills in them the ability to empower others. The CMS models and mentors therapeutic relationship skills, professionalism, ethical boundaries, and case management skills to this staff team. Other responsibilities include: committee participation, training/orientation, on-call availability, client advising, programming oversight, crisis intervention, hiring committees, program co-leadership, and medication administration. Ideal candidates must have a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or other closely related field, as well as clinical licensure. Previous supervisory experience and the ability to empathetically and professionally supervise and empower case management staff is essential. Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse recovery support is required.
