Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and program supervision/support. This position also manages the functioning of treatment service teams, which provide a wide array of community-based mental health and family support services. These service may include: Intensive Family Services, Wraparound (Family Vision), Crisis Services, Foster Care Assessment and Treatment, School-Based Treatment, Day Treatment, and Outpatient Mental Health.
Completion of a clinical program with a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral or medical science from an accredited educational institution. Two years post-graduate/licensure experience in related field. Must possess a license in California as a mental health clinician (MFT, LCSW, Ph.D.). Must have previous experience working within a Medi-Cal certified site, and familiarity with Medi-Cal billable standards and expectations. Must have experience with Quality Assurance, HIPAA regulations, Electronic Health Records and Compliance with Medi-Cal documentation requirements.
