Goodwin Hospitality is seeking aggressive and motivated professionals in your area to join our team. Established in 1999, we are a successful company and a respected leader in the mystery shopping and management recruiting industries, experiencing double digit percentage growth in each of the last 5 years. We have aggressive growth plans in place for the coming years and are seeking motivated individuals to join our customer service team and grow with our company.
Communicating with specified clients on a regular basis to answer their questions, understand their individual needs, schedule upcoming shops, manage expectations, and measure customer satisfaction.
*Creating surveys used for new clients.
*Post assignments on a monthly basis based on the clients’ needs and what they agreed to purchase.
*Schedule shoppers for each assignment so that all shops are conducted by the dates agreed to.
*Review, edit, and approve completed shop reports within 24-48 hours of submission before sending them to clients.
*Assist clients with changes to their shop schedules and survey templates.
*Assist clients with creating reports to analyze cumulative data.
*Recruit additional shoppers for assignments using job postings, email blasts, phone calls, etc.
*High School degree a must, college degree strongly preferred
*Must have customer service experience
*Computer and internet experience
*Consistent and professional attention to detail
*This is a full time, salaried position, $28K – $32K to start, based on experience
