Children’s Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager:
This is a challenging leadership position in a large community mental health center serving southeastern Vermont, located in Springfield. This person is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of a staff of over 25 clinicians, case managers and respite providers within five outpatient programs, all working closely with community partners, including child protection, schools, police, community partners and family members.This position requires excellent clinical, organizational and management skills and an ability to provide clear direction and support to staff under stressful conditions.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years experience working with children with emotional disorders, a strong orientation to family systems and a solid understanding of Applied Behavioral Analysis and interventions. Candidate must possess excellent oral/written communication skills, have solid leadership skills, and thrive under a constantly challenging, fast-paced and changing environment while remaining calm and centered.Clinical Masters with license is required.
